How do you handle Heritage-listed buildings?
We have 3 dedicated heritage-qualified tradespeople on staff and work closely with Heritage NSW and local councils. All heritage work is done to the relevant conservation management plan (CMP) requirements.
What areas do you service?
We primarily service Greater Sydney and the Newcastle / Hunter Valley region. For large projects ($200K+), we can mobilise to the ACT and regional NSW.
Do you offer a workmanship warranty?
Yes — all work comes with a 12-month workmanship warranty. Structural and waterproofing work carries a 6-year warranty in line with the NSW Home Building Act.
Can I inspect past work?
Absolutely. We can arrange site visits to showcase relevant completed projects with client permission. Contact us via the quote form to organise a viewing.
How are payments structured?
We recommend milestone-based payments through Stagex Escrow. Typically: 20% on mobilisation, 40% at practical completion of major milestone, 40% on final handover and sign-off.
